Attached is the photo gallery-maker thingy you asked for a while back.

Run it with: java -jar PhotoGallery_v2.1.2.jar
and it then pops up a GUI.

At a minimum, it takes a template file like <basictemplate.html> and the 
folder of image files as inputs. There's documentation on how to 
customise the image fields, automate captions etc. through the template 
at http://www.snaq.net/java/PhotoGallery/index.html if you can be 
bothered. Other customisations (titles, headers, stylesheets etc.) can 
easily be added to the template or output file in normal html.

No promises on quality/reliability, of course.
