About me
Welcome, I am a Postgraduate Research Assistant currently working on multiscale reaction-diffusion modelling in the Oxford Centre for Collaborative Applied Mathematics (OCCAM) at the University of Oxford. Before this I was a Marie Curie Experianced Researcher (Postdoc) working on multiphase simulations of fluid-particle systems in the Multiscale Mechanics Group at the University of Twente, The Netherlands. Prior to this I was a researcher for the Computational Modelling group at CSIRO Mathematics, Informatics and Statistics, Australia. I completed my PhD on "Mixing and Turbulence using Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics" in the School of Mathematical Sciences at Monash University, Australia, under the supervision of Prof. Joseph Monaghan and Dr. Paul Cleary
Research Interests
- Multiscale & Multiphase Modelling
- Particle-based Methods:
- both continuous (e.g. SPH, RBF)
- and discrete (e.g. DEM, Brownian Dynamics)
- Sedimentation, Granular Matter, Liquid Crystals, Biological Materials
- High performance and parallel computing
