Notes from lectures

I am now scanning and uploading the notes I write during my lectures. This is intended to supplement rather than replace lecture attendence - my notes are pretty scratchy, and I say a lot which I don't write down, so I doubt they'll be of much use on their own. Should help in a pinch if you miss a lecture, though. I hereby am, on general principles, releasing these under a Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike licence.
