My research group is based in the Mathematical Institute,
University of Oxford. We work on the development, analysis and
application of mathematical and computational methods to biological
systems. Some projects are also concerned with other
areas of applied mathematics (industrial mathematics, environmental
applications). Mathematical and computational approaches include
differential equations (PDEs, ODEs, asymptotic analysis,
numerical methods), stochastic simulations
(algorithms and their analysis), networks
(network inference, dynamics on networks)
and data analysis (clustering, image analysis).
My publications and preprints can be found here.
