David Beers
Mathematics DPhil student
I am a postdoc in the Algebraic Systems Biology group at the University of Oxford, studying topological data analysis. My research interests include applications of topology to neuronal morphology, inverse problems for persistent homology, and the Euler characteristic transform. My supervisors are Heather Harrington and Alain Goriely.
You can email me at beers at maths.ox.ac.uk.
I'm also on Twitter @DavidBeersMath, where I have started writing short threads explaining the key ideas behind my papers.
Here is my CV.
