-if you would agree to share a double room;

-if you apply also for financial support for travel expenses; in that case please provide details of your travel and an approximate estimate of the price;

-if you wish to have lunch in Exeter college and for what days (financial support for accommodation expenses may include lunches);

- if you have any dietary restrictions;

-if you intend to participate at the conference dinner on Friday 12th of November (30 pounds per person).
