-if you need assistance with accommodation. A few single and double rooms with shared bathroom are booked for participants, in Exeter, Jesus and St. Hugh's college.

-if you wish to have lunch in Exeter college and for what days;

-if you intend to participate at the conference dinner on Friday 12th of November (30 pounds per person).
