I am an applied algebraic geometer. My mathematical interests can be divided broadly into two areas:

Applications of Algebraic Geometry:

• Biochemical reaction networks
• Topological data analysis
• Algebraic statistics

Computational Methods in Non-Linear Algebra:

• Gröbner bases
• Parametric polynomial systems
• Toric varities
