Aleksander Horawa

About me

I am a postdoc at the Mathematical Insitute at the University of Oxford. My mentor is James Newton.
I am also an MCR Associate at Merton College.

Previously, I did my PhD at the Department of Mathematics at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
My advisor was Kartik Prasanna.

I am interested in topics related to automorphic forms, arithmetic, and the Langlands Program.

New paper

A database of basic numerical invariants of Hilbert modular surfaces [arXiv]
preprint, submitted (2023)

We describe algorithms for computing geometric invariants for Hilbert modular surfaces, and we report on their implementation.
